revisiting Tbilisi 3 - Mtatsminda

on mount Mtatsminda next to the tv tower is an amusement park, that has been renovated by Georgian oligarch Badri Patarkatsishvili, who did a lot of investments in Tbilisi. After he died under mysterious circumstances in London, a lot of them are not working anymore or stay unfinished.
I rode the Ferris wheel again, which was less exciting but probably safer than in 1997.
