contemporary architecture in Tbilisi

despite there is a lot of construction, quality is hard to find. there are few good examples. the most outstanding  is the mixed use building on Chavchavadze Ave.called "pixelcenter" by Wandel Hoefer Lorch + Hirsch architects.
